Herby Green Fairy

To me, spring is all about the return of green so we’re celebrating with the Green Fairy, aka, absinthe and amplifying it with some fresh, green herbs.

I’m using tarragon and mint, but you can sub any other soft herbs you’d like - basil would be delicious!

INGREDIENTS

• 1 oz of Pernod Absinthe

• 1 oz Absolut vodka

• 1 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice

• ½-1 oz sugar syrup

• 2 oz of water

• 2 sprigs of Tarragon

• 2 sprigs of Mint

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, fill with ice, and shake until chilled

2. Strain into a coupe and garnish with tarragon
